Creative Imagination
Creativity is not just about making something
What happens when you make room for imagination?
It can help us notice what we feel, question familiar stories and find new ways to see ourselves.
Many of us lose touch with imagination as life becomes busy or practical. We can begin to judge ideas before we have even had the chance to explore them.
Creative Imagination is a space to become curious again. Through reflection and creative exploration, the aim is to loosen
An invitation to explore
The experience will make room for questions such as:
What do I find myself drawn to? What have I stopped making space for? What might I see differently if I let myself imagine another possibility?
This is part of my wider work helping people reconnect with what matters to them.
About my practice
I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist. My approach is warm, curious and grounded in the belief that understanding ourselves can give us more room to choose how we live and relate to others.
